Tasikmalaya - Regsosek Night is a special day in the implementation of the Initial Socio-Economic Registration (Regsosek) data collection. Why is it given the term Regsosek Night? Because that night, the night data collection will be carried out in the midst of the initial Regsosek data collection. Why be special? Because it is carried out simultaneously throughout the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. What is being done? Collecting data on the homeless and Indonesian-flagged ship crews who have served 1 year or more. This Regsosek night will be held from October 29, 2022 at 21.00 until October 30, 2022 at 06.00.
BPS Tasikmalaya Municipality on this Regsosek Night divided the tasks into 4 work teams. Where in each team consists of collaboration between BPS, Social Service, Polres, Kodim, and SatPol PP. To strengthen collaboration and also unite steps and understanding, before starting to go out into the field, a briefing is carried out first. The briefing was led directly by the Head of BPS Tasikmalaya Municipality, Bambang Pamungkas. In addition to delivering general material about Regsosek Night, he also conveyed motivation for all participants to be enthusiastic about building the country. How Indonesia will be in the future is determined by how we are now in developing Indonesia. This Regsosek Preliminary Data Collection is one of the tangible manifestations of Developing Indonesia, therefore all Indonesian citizens are entitled and obliged to participate and make it a success.
Each team is tasked with combing the area suspected to be where the homeless are staying the night. Various places that were combed to give the homeless people the right to be recorded in the Regsosek Preliminary Data Collection include the station area, terminal area, city park area, square area, overhang of shopping complexes, and also other areas that are mapped as lodging areas for the homeless.
Sorry if on this Regsosek Night, we have to wake up the homeless who are dreaming in their sleep. We need to ensure that the homeless also have the same rights in this country of Indonesia. They must not be abandoned, they must be recorded correctly and accurately. Sometimes their dream is quite simple, wanting to be able to sleep comfortably in a proper place. There is no need to find out who is wrong with the existence of these homeless people, because all they need is to be happy. Let's take notes to build the country, make sure nothing is missed, the homeless also have the same right to be happy.
