Abstract

The development of prices for various commodities in September 2021 generally showed a decline. Based on the monitoring results of BPS-Statistic Tasikmalaya Municipality, in September 2021 there was a deflation of 0.24 percent, or a decline in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) from 104.37 in August 2021 to 104.12 in September 2021. The inflation rate for the calendar year (January–September) 2021 by 0.50 percent and the year-on-year inflation rate (September 2021 against September 2020) of 1.18 percent.
