Abstract
In Mei 2025, the deflation rate was 0.01 percent, and the Consumer Price Index (CPI) was 107.99.
Deflation occurred due to a price decrease, indicated by general falling prices in some commodities index, such as food, beverages, and tobacco (0.46 percent); housing, water, electricity, and household fuels (0.01 percent); household equipment, tools, and routine maintenance (0.05 percent); transportation (0.23 percent); recreation, sports, and culture (0.11 percent).
The inflation rate within the calendar year (January 2025-May 2025) was 1.08 percent, and the year-on-year inflation rate (May 2025 compared to May 2024) was 1.59 percent
