Abstract

The report on the results of the 2024 Community Satisfaction Survey provides an overview of the level of service user satisfaction with services at the BPS Integrated Statistical Service Unit. The indicators presented in the 2024 Quarter I report include the Consumer Satisfaction Index, Community Satisfaction Index, Service Quality Perception Index, and Anti-Corruption Perception Index.
